Besides
the direct selling of our products at our store in Pucón,
we also send them to customers in other towns within Chile and
abroad.

If you want to buy one of our products, please contact us to
check if it is in stock.

The shipment will be made by either certified mail (5-7 days)
or by TurBus (1-2 work days). Depending where you are located
in Chile and the urgency of your request, we can use another
option, like Chilexpress.

The shipment will be paid by the customer, the cost varies according
to the size and weight of the parcel and the place it is sent
to.
(For Example: 1 kilo to Santiago by Turbus aprox. Ch$ 2.500)

The payment can be made by a deposit in our bank account at
BCI or by an electronic money transfer. At any rate, we will
ask you to send us a copy of the receipt by e-mail or fax (45)
44 40 40.

Once we have verified the payment, we will send the parcel by
the means previously agreed on, and we will send you a scanned
copy of the receipt for your control.

The shipment is usually made as a small international parcel
EMS and takes about two weeks to Europe or the USA. The shipment
wil be paid by the customer. The estimated costs are:

If your request is urgent, we can also use an international
courrier (3 to 5 days), but in this case the minimal rate per
shipment is around US$ 50 for up to 500 grams.

payment can be made by PayPal,
according to the conditions of the system in your country. We
will give you the price in dollars you will have to transfer
and the information about the account we use for it.

Once
we have verified the payment, we will send the parcel by the
means previously agreed on, and we will send you a scanned copy
of the receipt for your control.
