you confirm your reservation, we ask to pay 50% of the total

The other 50% of the reservation must be paid at the moment
of your arrival at the apartment.
International
passengers must pay a part of the reservation on
our PayPal account, or get in touch with us at least three
days before the arrival date to confirm the reservation and
the exact time of arrival in Pucón. Again, at the moment
of your arrival at the apartment, we ask for the payment of
100% of your stay.
If these conditions are not fulfilled, the reservation will
be cancelled and we will inform the passenger about this situation.
Annulment:
In case of annulment by the passengers 7 days or less before
the arrival date, we will reimburse the money paid, but the
equivalent of the first night. Annulments made with more time,
we will reimburse 100% of the money paid in advance.
NOTE:
There is a 5% extra charge when paying with credit card (only
possible in our office). |
